All rates assume occupancy of two adults per room. Children under the age of 13 may stay at no extra charge, but a fee of $10.00 will apply per additional adult. This is for additional use of utilities and resources. All rooms come with fresh linens and towels, soap and shampoo, cable television, and a coffee maker to use at no additional cost. There is a fridge, freezer, and microwave available at the front desk. In addition to the aforementioned amenities, Single rooms include one double bed, Double rooms include two double beds, and Suites include two double beds and a small living room-like area complete with a couch or loveseat.

Hotel Corner Brook is located at 47 Main Street in downtown Corner Brook.


If you're coming off of TCH1 West, follow the four-lane Lewin Parkway all the way downtown. When you get onto the overpass, take the offramp on the right, turn left at the traffic lights, and you'll see our building.

Payment & Deposit

We require an incidental deposit of $200 which will be added to the cost of your stay. Credit cards will be pre-authorized for the full amount, debit cards or cash transactions must be made up-front. Incidental charges (for damage to the room, smoking, etc.) will be made upon check-out if necessary, otherwise deposits will be refunded and pre-authorizations cancelled.


Except in extreme cases, we require 24 hours notice of a cancellation, especially during our peak summer season.


In an effort accommodate those with allergies or a sensitivity to smells, we have a strict policy against smoking inside the building or directly in front of any entrances or exits. Doing so in a room will result in a $200.00 cleaning fee.


We welcome pets at Hotel Corner Brook, at no additional charge. Please note, however, that guests with pets will be assigned a room on our lower floor by default. Should you request a room on another floor, a cleaning fee of $75.00 will be required.
